Example of homebuyer rebate program:
$ 400,000 sales price @ 3.0% buyer’s agent commission → $3,000 cashback rebate to you.
$ 800,000 sales price @ 2.5% buyer’s agent commission → $5,000 cashback rebate to you.
$ 2 million sales price @ 2.0% buyer’s agent commission → $10,000 cashback rebate to you.
This rebate program has no minimum or maximum sales price. The rebate will be paid to the homebuyer as a credit upon successful closing. When you are my client, you are the boss and I treat you with the most care and respect. I, the broker/owner, will always be your contact person.
